Common questions

How do I search by travel time?

Open Categories & Places and add the places that matter to you — a specific spot, or a brand like Costco, which matches every location. Set how many minutes you'll travel to each, and turn on “Only show homes within all time limits” to hide homes that don't qualify. You can also type a request into the search bar, such as “3 bed under 600k within 10 min of Costco”.

How accurate are the drive times?

Routes come from OpenStreetMap road data and assume typical, uncongested conditions — see how accurate drive-time estimates are. If routing is unavailable, the app says so and shows a straight-line estimate instead.

Where do the listings come from?

Listings for the Phoenix metro are refreshed monthly from a listings data provider. A home may have sold or rented since; always confirm with the listing agent.

How do I save a home?

Open any home and tap the heart. Saved homes appear under Favorites in the menu. Tap the share button to send a home to someone — the link opens straight onto it.

Why does the app ask for my location?

Only to center the map on where you are when you tap the locate button. It never leaves your device. If you declined and want to turn it on, open your device's Settings, find Proximity Maps, and allow location while using the app.

How do I clear my saved places and favorites?

Everything you save is stored only on your device. Remove items individually in the app, or delete the app (or clear this site's data in your browser) to erase it all.
